In order to attend the CPR/AED/First Aid Instructor Course, candidates must possess a current CPR/AED certificate. (See below for eligible certifications.)

If a candidate does not hold a current certificate, they can add the optional Day 1: CPR/AED/First Aid Certification on the Friday before the Instructor Training.

​

Candidates who complete the course receive a certificate from the American Red Cross valid for 2 years.​

Before the training, each candidate must complete the American Red Cross online pre-work (approx. 2 hours). Link to pre-work will be sent upon registration.
