Heartbeat Safety's upcoming American Red Cross CPR/AED/First Aid Instructor Course provides individuals with the opportunity to gain the necessary skills and knowledge to become certified instructors in life-saving techniques. Whether you're looking to expand your qualifications at work or simply want to make a difference in your community, this course is designed for you.
Eligibility and Course Details:
To attend the CPR/AED/First Aid Instructor Course, candidates must possess a current CPR/AED certificate. If you don't have a current certificate, don't worry! You can add the optional Day 1: CPR/AED/First Aid Certification on May 31 to your registration.
Upon completion of the course, candidates receive a certificate from the American Red Cross valid for 2 years from the date of completion.

Pre-Work: Online Coursework:
Approximately 2 hours. A link will be sent upon registration.
Day 1: CPR/AED/First Aid Certification (Optional):
Friday, May 31, 11:30 AM - 3:30 PM at UWF Historic Trust - Bowden Building, Downtown Pensacola, FL.
Day 2: Instructor Training:
Saturday, June 1, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM at UWF Historic Trust - Bowden Building, Downtown Pensacola, FL.
Class Options:
Instructor Training: $350 per person.
CPR/AED/First Aid Certification + Instructor Training: $450 per person.
*Pre-registration is required, and the purchase of the American Red Cross Instructor Manual is advised (approximately $54).
